Reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional academic, career, or financial advice.

2. Purchases

• All purchases are final once a report has been successfully generated and delivered.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use reports for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or republish report content without written permission.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Reports are provided "as is" based on available data sources. Pathwise makes no warranty that the information is complete, accurate, or current. Data on salaries, acceptance rates, and AI disruption is subject to change. Always verify important decisions with qualified professionals.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pathwise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on a report. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report in question.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
